1. Paper

A Large-Scale Binding and Functional Map of Human RNA Binding Proteins

2. Annotation

The current version of the data was annotated using GENCODE v19.

3. Data Release

New data will be released when they are generated. Please check the NEWS tab for the most recent updates.

4. Gene or RBP search tips

The keyword search is case insensitive, so 'ab' and 'Ab' will give you the same results. The keyword 'ab' will give you anything started with 'ab' (e.g., ABxxxxx). '_' and '%' are wildcards, where '_' matches exactly one character and '%' matches any number of characters, even zero characters. So, '_ab' will return results whose second and third characters match a and b (e.g., xABxxxx), and '%ab' will return anything that have 'AB' in it.

5. eCLIP peak call file format

The eCLIP peak calls are in BED format, where the 7th column is log2(fold-enrichment) and the 8th column is -log10(p-value).

6. Knockdown/knockout cells

Stable cell lines were not made from the shRNA knockdown or CRISPR knockout experiments. As a result, we cannot provide the knockdown or knockout cells. Reagents used to make these cells are available upon request.
