      5. Gene or RBP search tips
      The keyword search is case insensitive, so 'ab' and 'Ab' will give you the same results. The keyword 'ab' will give you anything started with 'ab' (e.g., ABxxxxx).
         '_' and '%' are wildcards, where '_' matches exactly one character and '%' matches any number of characters, even zero characters. So, '_ab' will return results whose second
         and third characters match a and b (e.g., xABxxxx), and '%ab' will return anything that have 'AB' in it.
 
         
      
      
      6. eCLIP peak call file format
      
        The eCLIP peak calls are in BED format,   
        where the 7th column is log2(fold-enrichment) and the 8th column is -log10(p-value).
      
 
      
      
      7. Knockdown/knockout cells
      
        Stable cell lines were not made from the shRNA knockdown or CRISPR knockout experiments. As a result, we cannot provide the knockdown or knockout cells. Reagents used to make these cells are available upon request.
